This equipment adopts carbon combustion deoxygenation + adsorption drying method, using carbon-supported catalyst, and the trace oxygen in general nitrogen is combusted with carbon to remove oxygen. Its chemical reaction formula is C+O2→CO2, and then through the adsorption drying device to remove CO2 and dust and other impurities to obtain high-purity nitrogen. This device requires regular addition of carbon deoxidizer, without the use of hydrogen, and is suitable for users who require no hydrogen in the product gas.
Features
1. The purification equipment adopts carbon-supported catalyst, no hydrogen source is needed, and the operation is safe and simple;
2. Double tower switching, can replace dehydration desiccant or carry out major overhaul without stopping the machine;
3. The equipment produces safe and stable gas, and the nitrogen purity can be kept above 99.9995% for a long time;
4. The drying tower is automatically controlled, and the switch of the adsorber can be automatically switched by the PC according to the set time, which eliminates the misoperation that may be caused by manual switching.
