The hydrogenation purification equipment adopts the catalytic deoxygenation + adsorption drying method. Under the catalyst, the trace oxygen in the general nitrogen reacts with hydrogen to remove the oxygen and produce water. The chemical reaction formula is 2H2+O2→2H2O+Q. Then through the adsorption drying device to remove impurities such as water, carbon dioxide, dust, etc., to obtain high-purity nitrogen. Because there is a small amount of hydrogen in the product gas, this equipment is suitable for users who have no special requirements for the hydrogen content of the product gas.
This equipment consists of nitrogen analyzer, flow meter, mass flow controller, programmable controller, deaerator, drying tower, refrigeration dryer, heat exchanger, filter, pipeline pneumatic valve, solenoid valve and control system.

Features of hydrogenation purification equipment
1. Using the world's leading high-efficiency deoxidation catalyst, it has good activity, no heating, activation, and regeneration are required, and it has a good resistance to neutralization.
Toxicity, life span is more than 5 years;
2. Fully automatic control, automatic switching between work and regeneration, optional mass flow controller, automatic hydrogenation;
3. Adopt German Bold brand pneumatic valve, stable performance, safe and reliable;
4. The design is scientific, the structure is compact, the appearance is beautiful, and the floor space is small;
5. Use a heat exchanger to reduce the temperature of the mixed gas after deaeration, so that the equipment does not require cooling water;
6. Usually the product gas dew point D.P≤-60℃, which can meet the requirements of special users: product gas dew point D.P≤-70℃;
7. Low emission of renewable gas, saving energy.
