氨分解炉调试催化剂活化方法

Catalyst for activating ammonia cracking furnace and debugging catalyst

首先检查：

First check:

关闭所有的阀门及电源；

Close all valves and power supplies;

第一步：打开排空阀（也叫放空阀），打开电源，将控温仪表设定300℃ 生温保温3小时；

The first step: open the evacuation valve (also known as emptying valve), turn on the power, the temperature control instrument set 300 degrees, heat insulation 3 hours;

第二步：将控温仪表调节到400℃ 生温保温2小时；（这时炉子里有水出来是正常的）

The second step: adjust the temperature control instrument to 400 degrees, keep the temperature warm for 2 hours. (at this time, the water in the stove is normal)

第三步：将控温仪表调节到 500℃ 生温保温2～3小时；

Third step: adjust the temperature control instrument to 500 degrees, keep the temperature warm for 2~3 hours;

这时打开进氨阀，（气量要小，仅需1个立方左右，千万不能大）

Then open into the ammonia valve (gas volume is small, only 1 cubic meters or so, must not be large)

第三步：将控温仪表调节到 600℃ 生温保温2小时；

Third step: adjust the temperature control instrument to 600 degrees, keep the temperature warm for 2 hours;

第四步：将控温仪表调节到 700℃ 生温保温2小时；

Fourth step: adjust the temperature control instrument to 700 degrees, keep the temperature warm for 2 hours;

第五步：将控温仪表调节到 820℃～ 830℃ 生温保温2～3小时；

The fifth step: the temperature control instrument is adjusted to 820 degrees to 830 degrees, keep warm for 2~3 hours;

（这时如果还有水出来，还不能打开纯气阀门，直到没有水及氨味时才能打开进气阀门，调节流量计到额定气量下）

At this point, if there is water out, you can not open the pure gas valve, until there is no water and ammonia flavor to open the intake valve, adjust the flow meter to the rated gas volume

注意：可将排空阀门处接只管子，将放出来的气体（氨）经过装有水的桶内，这样就没有氨气的味道了。千万不能用鼻子直吸。

Note: the valve can be evacuated at the end of a pipe, the gas will be released (ammonia) through the bucket containing water, so there is no ammonia smell. Never use your nose to suck.
